A Czech company
Shaping the Future of Cities

We are a Czech company that has been giving old buildings new life – and new stories – for more than thirty years. Our focus is the reconstruction of historic architecture and the creation of modern urban housing. Every project is guided by the belief that quality design, skilled craftsmanship, and meticulous detail should not be a luxury – they should be the standard everyone deserves.

We see the city as a living organism. That’s why our buildings are always shaped to belong – respecting their surroundings, their history, and the needs of contemporary life. We choose projects with the potential to uplift entire neighborhoods. And instead of development plans, we create stories worth following.

Dancing House

Dancing House

We have owned this famous building since 2013. The Dancing House – an architectural icon of Prague – the result of a collaboration between Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunić, is one of the most photographed buildings in the city. At PSN, we bought it with respect and with a clear goal: to preserve its significance, maintain its technical quality, and to make it accessible to more people. Here you will find exhibition spaces, offices, and a renowned restaurant with a view of Prague Castle.

Metronome

Metronome

A Letná icon that shows time a little differently. The Prague Metronome, a kinetic sculptural object by Vratislav Novák from 1991, stands on a site with a significant yet troubled past. Today it is a symbol of movement, change, and perspective. PSN is the long-term custodian of this cultural landmark – and even though it doesn’t measure seconds, its significance endures.

City Empiria Skyscraper

City Empiria Skyscraper

The third tallest building in the Czech Republic, originally called Motokov, was built in 1977 as a symbol of modern Prague. Designed by a team of architects led by Zdeněk Stupka, it has become an icon of the Pankrác Plain. With a height of 104 meters and a distinctive silhouette, it is one of the most architecturally striking projects of its time.

Dlážděná Palace

Dlážděná Palace

This representative city palace in the heart of Prague was built in 1876 according to the design of architect Josef Schulz, the author of the nearby National Museum. The building on Dlážděná Street has preserved its monumental historicist facade and the layouts of its interiors. At PSN, we focused on restoring its architectural value and opening it for new use, which corresponds to contemporary Prague.

Vanguard Prague

Vanguard Prague

The former Microna industrial complex in Modřany was transformed into a residential project in 2024, combining industrial character with modern design. Architect Karel Trachta, together with the studios OOOOX, SKULL, Ivanka Kowalski and Michaela Záhorovská, restored the building with respect for its original form, but transformed it into a timeless place to live.
