Exhibition marking the 30th anniversary of the Dancing House reveals its story and previously unknown details

One of the most distinctive buildings of modern Prague is celebrating a major milestone this year. In June, the Dancing House will commemorate 30 years since its opening, with the celebrations symbolically launched by the exhibition Dancing House: The Story of an Iconic Building at the Dancing House Gallery. The exhibition opens to the public on 22 April 2026.

Art for Vinohradská 8: An Open Competition for a New Public Space

Fibichova Comes Back to Life: Former Telephone Exchange to Be Transformed into Modern Rental Living

The former intercity telephone exchange on Fibichova Street in Prague 3 will be transformed into premium rental housing with services and an active ground floor. Thirty years after its opening, we commemorate the Dancing House as a symbol of freedom and the courage to do things differently. As the current owner of the building, we have prepared a year-long program of exhibitions and public events that returns to the values on which the house was founded – openness, the ability to evoke emotion, and the belief that iconic architecture should have a public dimension.

Vinohradská 8 Secures Building Permit and Launches Sales

We have obtained a final building permit for the Vinohradská 8 project in Prague and have simultaneously launched sales. After more than two years of permitting processes and the completion of a technically highly demanding demolition, the project – developed in partnership with Penta Real Estate – is now progressing into the construction phase. The site will deliver a mixed-use development featuring residential units, boutique offices, and an active ground floor with retail and gastronomy. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2028, approximately one year after the new tram line across Wenceslas Square towards Vinohrady enhances the area’s accessibility. Total investment is expected to reach approximately CZK 3.5 billion.
