PSN acquires a large-scale site in Brno from E.ON and will restore its residential function
Through its Brno branch, PSN is finalising the acquisition of two extensive sites in Brno currently owned by the energy company E.ON. The transaction between two strong brands confirms PSN’s long-term strategy focused on the revitalisation of urban locations and further strengthens its position as one of the leading players on the real estate market. The majority of the buildings are located on Cejl Street, while additional properties are being acquired in the immediate vicinity of the emerging Brno Jedna project. In total, PSN will transform brownfield sites covering an area of six hectares into a modern residential district that will combine original apartment buildings with contemporary residential development. On the newly acquired plots, spanning 1.5 hectares, the developer plans to build up to 400 apartments.
