Prague’s City Empiria is becoming a place where architecture takes on an entirely new experiential dimension. One of the most distinctive buildings in our portfolio has now launched a unique adrenaline activity – House Running – unlike anything currently available in the Czech Republic. Participants descend vertically down the building’s facade from a height of 101 metres above the ground.
The experience is brought to Prague by Allegria – The Experience Company, introducing House Running to the Czech public for the very first time. City Empiria was selected for the concept thanks to its height, iconic facade and exceptional position within Prague’s skyline.
A New Perspective on an Iconic Building
City Empiria has long stood as one of the dominant landmarks of Prague’s Pankrác district and one of the standout properties within the PSN portfolio. Through House Running, it now offers an entirely new way to experience the building – not only as a striking piece of urban architecture, but also as the setting for a truly unforgettable personal experience.
The entire activity is carried out under strict safety conditions and under the supervision of experienced instructors. Each participant undergoes a safety briefing and is equipped with a full-body harness. The descent itself takes place on two independent abseiling ropes and is continuously monitored by instructor teams both on the rooftop and from the ground.
With this new experience, City Empiria once again proves that exceptional buildings can offer far more than remarkable architecture or panoramic city views. They can also become places of unforgettable experiences.
