Construction of our new residential project JITRO has officially begun in Litevská Street, Prague 10. The foundation stone ceremony marked the start of a development that will bring 144 apartments and 35 townhouse units to one of the most charming parts of Vršovice. The architectural concept was created by QARTA Architektura, while the construction is being carried out by PRŮMSTAV.
Among the guests at the ceremony were representatives of PSN, Martin Valovič, Mayor of Prague 10, Jiří Řezák from QARTA Architektura, and representatives of PRŮMSTAV.
JITRO will enrich the urban fabric of Vršovice with contemporary housing focused on architecture, comfort, and sustainable living. Most apartments feature a balcony, loggia, or terrace, while the townhouses will offer private front gardens and rooftop terraces. Shared amenities will include a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and grill, a wellness area with a sauna, a fitness room, a bike room, and a laundry. The architectural design by QARTA Architektura draws on the context and character of Vršovice, while introducing a modern expression that fits naturally into the neighborhood. Through both renovation and new construction, PSN continues to develop the city from within – with respect for its space, history, and residents. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2025, with completion expected in the second half of 2027.
