Who Is Joining the Team?

Carlo Gradl

Carlo has been active on the Czech real estate market since 1993 and has gained more than thirty years of experience across the CEE and DACH regions. He has been involved in a number of significant transactions, including the development of the Quadrio and Slovanský dům projects, the sale of buildings at Wenceslas Square 3 and 28. října 13, as well as the transaction of the Main Point Pankrác project. He has also arranged leases for international brands such as C&A and The Pilsner Urquell Experience. At PSN, Carlo brings extensive know-how from executive and management roles, including running his own real estate company, MAX Immo, and representing the investment and development company Baltic Asset Management on the Czech market. He focuses on identifying value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities abroad and contributes a valuable international perspective thanks to his deep market knowledge and broad network of contacts.

Jiří Penc

Jiří has been working in real estate since 2019 and has gained experience through cooperation with leading market players such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, VGP and Panattoni. He brings to the acquisitions team expertise from roles focused on land acquisition. Jiří oversees the entire process from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through strategy development to closing agreements with property owners, including building long-term relationships with key market partners. His key strength lies in the ability to identify potential where it is not yet visible—and to transform it into an opportunity for PSN’s future projects.

Radka Erösová

Radka has more than twelve years of experience in assistant and support roles, primarily working with senior management. She spent six years at PSN as a key support to the company’s leadership and is now returning to the acquisitions team after maternity leave. She provides administrative and organisational support for the entire team, including preparing documentation, scheduling meetings and client care. She is also involved in advertising review, identifying new property opportunities and supporting marketing activities. Her key strengths are reliability, precision and the ability to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Thanks to the work of our acquisitions team, projects are created that we subsequently transform into high-quality residential, office and retail spaces—from comprehensive reconstructions of historic buildings and revitalisations of former industrial sites to new residential and administrative developments.
