Despite the unpredictable spring weather, guests of our acquisitions team gathered for a neighbourhood event at the completed Pod Drinopolem project in Prague’s Břevnov district. During the afternoon, they had the opportunity to explore the building following its sensitive full-scale renovation, which now offers modern living focused on everyday comfort and high-quality shared amenities.
The programme included a guided tour of the common areas and resident facilities, such as a private sauna, fitness area and a peaceful courtyard with seating designed for relaxation and social gatherings. Guests also visited a fully furnished show apartment designed by an architect. Ready for immediate move-in, the apartment allowed visitors to experience the atmosphere of future living firsthand.
The Pod Drinopolem project offers a total of 25 residential and 2 commercial units delivered in a fit-out standard, located in a quiet part of Břevnov just a few minutes from Ladronka and Kajetánka parks. The building combines the character of a traditional residential neighbourhood with modern amenities and thoughtfully designed details for everyday living. The final available units include popular one-bedroom layouts and a commercial space.
