PSN's Brno branch has been operating since 2022. Over the past few years, it has grown into a fully established part of our group, bringing together a team of sixteen professionals who oversee the entire real estate process – from acquisitions and development to sales and property management.
The branch is led by Petr Pospíšil, supported by an experienced sales team, an acquisitions specialist working alongside colleagues in Prague on property acquisitions worth billions of Czech crowns, three project managers and a dedicated team responsible for Brno Jedna. Behind them stands a strong finance, administration and back-office team whose work is essential to the success of every project.
Brno Jedna – Our First Major Development in Brno
Our first large-scale residential development in Brno, Brno Jedna, is already taking shape. The project reflects PSN's ambition to deliver architecture that naturally builds on the city's character while raising the standard of contemporary urban living.
Commercial Projects Shaping Better Places
Alongside residential developments, the Brno team is also focused on commercial real estate. Among the key sites managed or developed by PSN are Kaštanová, Juliánovské náměstí and Komárovské nábřeží – locations that are gradually being transformed into modern, functional destinations while respecting both their surroundings and the needs of the city. The team is also breathing new life into historic apartment buildings on Antonínská, Novobranská, Dvořákova and Fryčajova streets, carefully restoring their value for future generations.
Brno Through a Real Estate Lens
Brno has its own rhythm, opportunities and challenges. Compared to Prague, the market is smaller and more cautious, making trends harder to predict. At the same time, demand for high-quality housing continues to grow, new neighbourhoods are emerging and the city is expanding organically. For PSN Brno, this means our role extends beyond development itself.
