PSN Group has significantly expanded its activities in the Brno region. Over the past few weeks, our Brno team successfully completed three new acquisitions, marking important milestones in the growth of our portfolio in South Moravia.
Land in Líšeň A strategic location with potential for residential or community development in a quiet part of the city, offering excellent connections to Brno’s center.
Apartment Building in the Historic Center A unique property in the very heart of the city expands our portfolio with another architecturally valuable asset and offers strong investment potential.
Extensive Land on Komárovské Nábřeží This acquisition opens wide opportunities for future development in one of Brno’s key growth zones.
A big thank you goes to our Brno team, which carried out all three transactions with professionalism and vision. With these acquisitions, PSN reaffirms its long-term interest in regional markets and continues its mission to preserve, develop, and cultivate valuable urban locations.
