Riccardo Lucque’s cooking school, Laboratorio, a member of the La Collezione gastronomic group, has found a new home at Vanguard Prague in Prague’s Modřany district. Within the residence’s distinctive premises, Laboratorio is expanding its facilities for public cooking classes, corporate team-building events, and private gatherings. This new chapter for Vanguard also introduces an elegant private residents’ lounge, further enhancing the project’s vision of experience-driven living.
A New Address, New Possibilities
Laboratorio is now part of Vanguard Prague, offering a state-of-the-art culinary studio complemented by a restaurant area that also serves as a private bistro for residents. The move builds on a long-standing tradition: Laboratorio has been organising cooking courses since 2009 and relocated to its new home at Vanguard in 2025. In addition to its renowned cooking classes, the new venue hosts corporate programmes and private events ranging from team-building activities and birthday celebrations to product launches and press conferences.
A Residence with Hotel-Level Comfort and Unique Services
Vanguard Prague is a distinctive loft-living concept created within the former Microna factory in Modřany. Designed with individuality in mind, the project allows residents to shape their interiors according to their own vision. The residence is complemented by premium services and facilities inspired by a five-star hotel, including concierge services, a wellness centre featuring an 18-metre swimming pool located in a former underground shelter, a panoramic sauna, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a range of additional amenities exclusively for residents.
