Question 5

What is the process of buying an apartment from PSN?

Accepted Answer

Buying an apartment from PSN follows a clear step-by-step process.
Once you decide to purchase a property, we will reserve your selected unit for 48 hours free of charge and without obligation. This gives you time to confirm your interest and prepare for the next steps.
The next stage is signing the Reservation Agreement and the Future Purchase Agreement. Within three business days of signing the Future Purchase Agreement, you pay the first instalment equal to 10% of the purchase price. Within the following three months, a second payment is made, bringing the total amount paid to 20% of the purchase price.
Once all contractual conditions have been met, the Purchase Agreement is signed. The remaining 80% of the purchase price is then paid, either from your own funds or through mortgage financing. Handover of the property takes place according to the project's construction schedule.

Question 6

Accepted Answer
