As of early March, Hana King has joined PSN as Head of Property Management. She brings more than twenty years of experience in property management and joins the company following several years of collaboration as a consultant and Key Account Manager at Knight Frank. We asked her a few questions.
Could you briefly introduce yourself and share what led you to property management?
I have been working in property management since around 2005. I actually entered the field by coincidence — while living in the UK, I was looking for a Monday-to-Friday office job. I joined Regus at the time, without realizing that this field would truly resonate with me and eventually become my long-term professional path.
What will your role at PSN involve, and what do you consider key in your position?
I am joining as Head of Property Management and will be responsible for leading the economic property management team. I see process efficiency, cost optimization, and clearly articulating costs in relation to the value delivered as essential. Property management should not only be functional, but also transparent and sustainable in the long term.
What attracted you to PSN, and why did you decide to become part of the team?
I have been working with PSN for the past five years, previously as a consultant and Key Account Manager at Knight Frank. Moving into an internal role felt like a natural step — professionally and personally, we have built a strong and long-standing alignment.
What is your personal approach to property management and working with tenants?
Professional, yet human. Property management is a highly dynamic environment, which is exactly what I enjoy about it. It is important to remain calm, quickly understand a new asset, and establish a system that works effectively even in times of change.
What are you most looking forward to at PSN in the near future?
I am looking forward to further streamlining operations and implementing clear, measurable standards. It is important to me that the contribution and added value of the property management department are visible and justifiable over the long term.
