The residential buildings on Pecháčkova and Jeseniova streets have completed their shared spaces, each presenting a different approach to renovation that PSN has been developing over the long term — a sensitive respect for original architecture paired with thorough technical solutions for contemporary living.
At Pecháčkova 6, the renovation builds on the character of the house itself. Preserved terrazzo flooring is complemented by refined Venetian stucco, while the entrance halls and corridors are illuminated by elegant cut-glass lamps. A striking feature is the new double-leaf paneled doors in a deep petrol-blue shade. The staircase and railings have undergone complete restoration, and the building has been equipped with new designer mailboxes, concealed electrical wiring, new utility risers, and Troax basement storage units. The project also includes a forthcoming relaxation garden in the inner courtyard, featuring wellness facilities, a sauna, and a quiet zone for residents.
By contrast, Jeseniova 93 has undergone a more comprehensive transformation of the entire building. A new façade, a unified concept of designer lighting and mailboxes, renovated staircases and railings, new floor tiling, and new apartment entrance doors in security class 3 elevate the building to modern standards. The renovation also introduced a new elevator, a residents’ fitness area, new Troax basement storage units, and entirely new utilities and risers. The courtyard has been redesigned for shared moments with seating areas, and the ground-floor units have been fitted with new glazed shopfronts in a unified style that complements the overall concept of the renovated building.
Two projects, two approaches, one goal: to create buildings where common areas carry the same importance as the apartments themselves. Because living begins the moment you step through the front door.
