Transforming the City
Into a Home

Every Address Tells a Story

As cities transform, the buildings within them do too. For more than 30 years, PSN has been restoring architectural gems and creating contemporary homes that are rooted in history.

We build with intention – preserving what matters while shaping what’s next. We seek out locations with soul, build with enduring quality, and create spaces we’d be proud to call home.

PSN is more than a brand – it’s the people behind it

Behind every project stands a team of specialists – project managers, technicians, marketers, and sales professionals. We are a Czech company with deep roots and a strong connection to the city we call home. And we help shape it thoughtfully and with care.

Dancing House

Dancing House

We have owned this famous building since 2013. The Dancing House – an architectural icon of Prague – the result of a collaboration between Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunić, is one of the most photographed buildings in the city. At PSN, we bought it with respect and with a clear goal: to preserve its significance, maintain its technical quality, and to make it accessible to more people. Here you will find exhibition spaces, offices, and a renowned restaurant with a view of Prague Castle.

Metronome

Metronome

A Letná icon that shows time a little differently. The Prague Metronome, a kinetic sculptural object by Vratislav Novák from 1991, stands on a site with a significant yet troubled past. Today it is a symbol of movement, change, and perspective. PSN is the long-term custodian of this cultural landmark – and even though it doesn’t measure seconds, its significance endures.

City Empiria Skyscraper

City Empiria Skyscraper

The third tallest building in the Czech Republic, originally called Motokov, was built in 1977 as a symbol of modern Prague. Designed by a team of architects led by Zdeněk Stupka, it has become an icon of the Pankrác Plain. With a height of 104 meters and a distinctive silhouette, it is one of the most architecturally striking projects of its time.

Dlážděná Palace

Dlážděná Palace

This representative city palace in the heart of Prague was built in 1876 according to the design of architect Josef Schulz, the author of the nearby National Museum. The building on Dlážděná Street has preserved its monumental historicist facade and the layouts of its interiors. At PSN, we focused on restoring its architectural value and opening it for new use, which corresponds to contemporary Prague.

Vanguard Prague

Vanguard Prague

The former Microna industrial complex in Modřany was transformed into a residential project in 2024, combining industrial character with modern design. Architect Karel Trachta, together with the studios OOOOX, SKULL, Ivanka Kowalski and Michaela Záhorovská, restored the building with respect for its original form, but transformed it into a timeless place to live.
