A place where time moves differently
A building that once connected Prague to the world is taking on a new role. The former intercity telephone exchange on Fibichova Street in Prague 3 will be transformed into premium rental housing with services and an active ground floor. The project, developed in collaboration with Jakub Cigler Architekti, brings new life to a distinctive historic structure and repositions it within the city’s everyday rhythm.
The result will be 116 residential units in a range of layouts. The project is rooted in architectural quality, complemented by a strong emphasis on services and the overall living concept. Residents will benefit from a reception and concierge to assist with daily needs. The building will also feature wellness and fitness facilities, as well as a shared rooftop terrace with a sauna and views over Prague.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2026, with completion planned for autumn 2028. Fibichova will thus regain its significance – this time as a place for living, meeting, and everyday life.
