Symphony of Life
Vinohradská 8 builds on a long-term vision of bringing exceptional places in the centre of Prague back to life. Situated at one of the most prominent addresses on the edge of Vinohrady and the New Town, the project naturally connects the city’s historic fabric with its contemporary rhythm.
The architectural concept by Jakub Cigler Architekti sensitively completes the existing Vinohrady block structure while introducing contemporary architecture with a strong emphasis on the quality of public space, permeability, and everyday urban life.
Vinohradská 8 is conceived as a vibrant urban destination that functions throughout the day. An active ground floor with retail and services is complemented by predominantly residential living, while a smaller proportion of office space brings a natural balance. Facing Vinohradská Street, premium office spaces will be developed to LEED Gold standards, featuring a rooftop terrace with views over the centre of Prague, including Wenceslas Square. Within a शांत inner courtyard, the project will offer nearly 200 apartments of various layouts, including exclusive penthouses. Underground parking with electric vehicle charging stations is a given, alongside a strong focus on modern technologies and energy efficiency.
The location stands out for its excellent transport accessibility – two metro lines, tram connections, and the main railway station are all within walking distance. This will be further enhanced in the future by a new tram line. The project also includes newly designed public spaces with greenery and art installations, encouraging natural movement and social interaction.
