A small apartment for a big life. BackYard Dejvice combines the atmosphere of a green courtyard with the exciting rhythm of a city.
The project offered 40 units in layouts from studios to one-bedroom apartments, ranging from 13.9 to 52 m². The architecture is based on simplicity and attention to detail. The shared courtyard offers a grill zone, picnic area, and quiet corners for relaxation. BackYard Dejvice represents compact urban living with the added bonus of shared spaces that enrich everyday routines.
