The project offered layouts from studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments in a fit-out and white wall standard, including ground-floor units with private gardens and duplexes with views from the top floors. The fully renovated building is situated on the quiet Na Výšinách Street, close to Milady Horákové. Residents enjoy access to a shared courtyard, bike storage, and cellar units.
