We Have Obtained the Permit for the Transformation of the Koh-i-noor Complex. Construction to Begin in 2026

We have obtained the permit for the extensive conversion of the former Koh-i-noor industrial complex in Prague’s Vršovice district. One of PSN’s most significant city-shaping projects, the development will transform the historic factory site into a modern urban block with a predominantly residential function.

JITRO: A New Dawn for Vršovice

Construction of our new residential project JITRO has officially begun in Litevská Street, Prague 10. The foundation stone ceremony marked the start of a development that will bring 144 apartments and 35 townhouse units to one of the most charming parts of Vršovice. The architectural concept was created by QARTA Architektura, while the construction is being carried out by PRŮMSTAV.

Vinohradská 8: PSN and Penta Real Estate to build top-tier residences and offices on the former Transgas site

The long-anticipated project Vinohradská 8, jointly developed by Penta Real Estate and PSN, has received its zoning approval. In an exceptional location just a few steps from Wenceslas Square, a mixed-use development will rise, offering high-quality housing, modern office spaces, and new shops and restaurants. Construction will proceed according to the winning design by Jakub Cigler Architekti, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. The total investment is expected to reach approximately CZK 3.5 billion.

Today, we welcomed representatives of the city, journalists, architects, and partners to the Grand, and together we walked through this iconic building after nearly two years of reconstruction. The Grand, a functionalist masterpiece by Josef Gočár, will officially open to the public on October 29.
